Responding to the psycho-social needs of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) community

The Gay & Lesbian Network has recently partnered with Litres for Education to help raise funds for the Gay & Lesbian Network to continue it’s work towards equality, acceptance and respect for all.  Litres for Education is an inspired initiative that enables ordinary people to make a difference to their choice of educational institution or other worthy cause, based on the amount of fuel purchased monthly.

Litres For Education has a network of donor service stations that support this cause. By supporting the Litres for education donor network, they will be able to support education in South Africa.

When you put fuel in your vehicle, 10c per litre of your fuel purchase goes to your chosen beneficiary. If you would like to contribute to the work of the Gay & Lesbian Network, please visit download the disc and place it on your windscreen. Please remember to let the service station attendant know that you are funding us and give them the reference #411.

The Gay and Lesbian Network GLN is a registered non-profit organisation based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.  The Gay & Lesbian Network has been operational since 2003 and in this time has done pioneering work with primarily young, unemployed and marginalized Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) people living in and around KwaZulu-Natal.  We aim to create a non-discriminatory, supportive and accepting society through the use of our various creative programmes that foster Equality, Respect and Acceptance for all.
